We did a Chloride Lab with empirical formulas. This was generally a very easy and slightly boring lab. We sat and watched acid boil for most of the lab and it was not as great as I thought the lab would be. It also smelled very bad afterwards.
It was just mass of the beaker, beaker plus zinc, and beaker plus acid and zinc. Pretty simple stuff.
